romseygalaxy Posted March 18, 2007 Report Posted March 18, 2007 My clutch went last week. Got it towed to local Ford dealer who didn't want to know. Told me they didn't have the tools to do the job!! The car wasn't drivable and I had to get it towed to my house whilst i looked for a local garage  who's doing it tomorrow for Quote

MadBaz Posted March 18, 2007 Report Posted March 18, 2007 (edited) I do not have the tech know how to change a clutch! I also need to have the front struts done and the aux belt. Might try the belt, but not the clutch... scares the sh*t out of me! I would not recommend diy, but finances dictated at the time, It's a brave man that does his especially on the street like I did.
